ECHO Academy™ is a complete school residency system. One coordinated program brings five distinct pillars of a young person's growth together so schools can choose a single residency or build a larger school-year plan across the academy.

The school chooses depth or breadth — without exceeding nine sessions. Every pathway is structured for a $25K school-year program and includes planning, facilitation, materials, and coordination.

The Human Book™ Residency
Students move from listening and reflection, to writing and narrative development, to becoming the 'talking books' in the culminating Human Book™ Experience. Listening Lounge™ is a signature method inside this residency.
Health · Care · Possibility
Nursing & Wellness Residency™
Led by Rosa P., Registered Nurse (RN). Students gain health literacy, practical care skills, and exposure to nursing and health-care careers across three progressive sessions.
Character · Rights · Future
Justice & Leadership Residency™
Includes Rites of Passage™ and Legal Academy™. Angelo's residency brings mentorship, character, advocacy, civic thinking, and practical pathways into law, leadership, and public service.
Pantry to Plate™ · Culinary Independence
Culinary Confidence Residency
Practical food preparation, independence, and confidence. Students learn to nourish themselves with shelf-stable ingredients and limited-equipment meal guidance they can use in dorms, apartments, and busy schedules.
Idea · Money · Income
Entrepreneurship & Microbusiness Residency™
A five-session entrepreneurship residency where students learn to identify an opportunity, develop a microbusiness, understand money and ownership, build a brand, and create a realistic plan for launching and earning income.

Comfort in a Container™ Culinary Activation
Food access is the first step. Culinary confidence is the next. A school can distribute food and teach students or families what to do with it — turning a pantry event into a learning moment.
September parent/student event
A pantry activation paired with a demonstration, recipe cards, meal-building examples and family-centered engagement.
Functional food becomes memorable
Items like taco kits, rice, beans, oatmeal, protein and microwavable staples become family meals, not just items in a box.
Flexible for different schools
Academic-first schools can lead with Human Book, Nursing or Justice. Pantry schools can lead with the culinary activation.
